Lakeside Cabin Nooks

These living room nooks started out as closets with bifold doors.  Cabinets were added for built in storage to both nooks.  Tiled wall and countertop turned one nook into a bar area.  The other is a cozy reading nook.  The flooring was also updated to LVP, great for lakeside living!

Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP)

Love the look of wood but have a household that's rough on floors.  LVP has so many options for wear and style.  It's been the perfect choice for many homes.  Pictures are from a basement bedroom in a rustic cabin.  We removed old dirty carpet and installed the LVP over the cement floors.  Durable for pets, kids and us messy types.  It's easy to clean and the colors and styles work in any home.

Garage Loft

This loft space was in rough shape and not a place anyone wanted to stay.  So many updates were completed making this a beautiful space for guests.  White beadboard was added to the slanted ceilings.  A gray wood paneling was added to the end walls and where the slanted ceiling meet the wall.  All was finished off with waterproof LVP throughout the space and into the bathroom.  The tiny bath has high potential for splashing water so walls and that slanted ceiling were installed with paintable waterproof panels.  Installed a new sink and faucet turning it into a romantic get away.

Small Bath Big Updates

This bathroom was not a major overhaul but the changes do make a dramatic difference.  Missing the before pictures of the shower with the showerhead on the side wall and a big cabinet where the showerhead is now.  This shower required replumbing the lines, backer board, surround and tub/shower fixtures.  The 12" floor tiles were hammered out and replaced with the small white hex tiles.  Popcorn ceiling was removed in the bathroom and the adjoining bedroom.  The vanity and mirror were painted a fresh dark green with new gold hardware.  The sink is the same but looks new with the gold faucet.
